ICE and the Film Life Project live on air on 702 ABC Sydney
Last Friday Kerrie Noonan, Founder of the Groundswell Project and Lisa Torrance, Executive Director of Information and Culture popped across the road to chat with ABC 702 Drive’s Simon Marnie live under the Idolize Spiegeltent in a live recording of the radio program. If you’ve ever had the chance to be inside a Spiegeltent it’s quite an experience, and its history laden walls inspire good conversation.
Kerrie Noonan spoke about the latest Groundswell Project, the Film Life Project, which encourages young people between ages of 16-25 to make a 5 minute film about organ donation in time for Donate Life Week (19-26 February ) In partnership with ICE, The Film Life Project offered those who registered interest a chance to learn film making skills and also to start thinking about the signifcance of organ and tissue donation and knowing your loved ones wishes.
