Manager – Creative Enterprise Program

ICE is seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial manager to lead our new Creative Enterprise team.

Are you an energetic and organised individual who is passionate about supporting arts, culture and the community? In this newly created role you will be responsible for overseeing the Creative Enterprise Program, which seeds creative social enterprises, and develops employment, training and professional development opportunities for artists and communities in Western Sydney.

You will lead a team that includes existing projects such as Artfiles (a professional development initiative for artists in Western Sydney) and Switch Digital Media and Arts Centre and will oversee the establishment of ICE’s Creative Enterprise Hub. You will develop business development strategies to generate income for ICE and will use your developed leadership skills to improve organisational performance.
