ICE works at the junction of arts, technology and community to empower the creative producers of Western Sydney. Our purpose is to work with communities and creative producers in Western Sydney to create media, art and culture.

We amplify artists’ voices to build resilience, autonomy and infrastructure, and to enhance quality of life. We provide professional opportunities in sustainable arts and cultural activities, with a focus on digital media, powered by the explosion of creative energy currently occurring in Sydney’s west.
