ICE’s Creative Services brings together our experience working with diverse communities, our digital media skills and our passion for bringing together the best mix of partners, crew and project members to deliver a range of services.

As part of ICE’s Creative Enterprise strategy, we look for contractors and trainers who represent Western Sydney, cultural diversity, and communities that are engaged in projects. We have a large pool of amazing people who we draw upon to ensure each project has the most appropriate team.
Organisations that seek our services include:
- Government agencies including the NSW Department of Human Services, Parramatta Council, Penrith Council, the NSW Department of Health and the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority.
- Community organisations such as Multicultural Disability Advocacy Association (MDAA), Parramatta Hills Holroyd Migrant Resource Centre (PHHMRC), the Boronia Multicultural Services (BMS).
- Peak bodies such as the Australian Immigrant and Refugee Women’s Association (AIRWA) and the Textile and Clothing Footwear Union of Australia (TCFUA).
- Local Businesses such as the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce, Seven’s Golf
- Local organisations including the University of Western Sydney and Parramatta Park Trust.
HOW WE WORK
Organisations that approach us will often have varying levels of need to help them connect with digital resources. The usual process is listed below.
1. A Brief
We develop a detailed brief with the organisation interested in our services, including the objectives, process, outputs and budget.
2. The Project Team
We develop a project team of people and organisations, including
- Community representation to ensure that the outcome of the project has integrity, quality and a unique voice.
- Directors, crew
- Trainers and artists
- Arts, community, cultural workers
- Community organisations and councils
- Interactive designers, game developers, animators, graphic designers
Organisations will often come to us with projects that include a mentoring component for up-and-coming media crew, arts workers, trainers, and artists. Let us know if this interests you.
3. Consultative Process
We work with the client at all stages of the project to ensure that the best project outcome. We also work closely with the communities of the project wherever this is appropriate.
