Information and Cultural Exchange (ICE) works at the intersection of arts, culture, technology and community. ICE projects engage diverse communities, build capacity in digital media and arts practice, and tell the stories of an extraordinary place, Western Sydney – the most diverse region in Australia.

ICE projects are built upon a foundation of collaboration, consultation and community engagement. Our projects are made possible through a mix of government funds, partnerships and contracting work.
