Workspace for hire

Located above Switch Digital Arts Centre in Parramatta and sharing the building with the ICE crew, the ICE Hub is a shared, affordable workspace for creative and cultural producers who care about community.

You’ll be sharing space with our resident enterprises whose practice ranges from events, transmedia, screen production, sound composing, hip hop, and community-led design.

 

The Hub has the best view in the house, overlooking lush Prince Alfred Park.

 

Features include:

• meeting room hire
• reception services
• high-speed internet
• office facilities (photocopier, printer, scanner and fax)
• chill lounge + shared library
• kitchen facilities including fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
• ping-pong table
• optional extras include use of our audio recording studio, computer lab, performance space, green screen, larger meeting room including projector/interactive whiteboard, and production hire facilities.

 

Switch Digital Arts Centre and the ICE Creative Hub are fully accessible with disabled access and a lift.

HOTDESK – $10 a day
Book your place at the bench. A shared space that seats up to six, hotdesking includes wireless internet and reception service. Photocopying/printing/scanning is also available.

OWN DESK – $15 a day or $250 a month
Want all the benefits of hotdesking but need a little more room? Larger, personal desks also include a landline phone and locker storage.

MEETING ROOM – $10 an hour or $80 for a full day
Private meeting area, equipped with wall-mounted screen and wireless internet. Reception service, catering and meeting facilitation available as optional extras.
