WIN A SCHOLARSHIP VALUED AT $5,000 TO HELP MAKE A FILM TO ENTER IN MOVIE EXTRA TROPFEST 2010!
ACCESS FILMMAKING FACILITIES AND A MENTOR TO HELP GET YOU TO REALISE YOUR FILM!
ICE’s TROPWEST scholarship award is now on offer for emerging and developing filmmakers living in Western Sydney that would like to make a film for Movie Extra Tropfest 2010.
The Scholarship will be awarded to one person or film group and is valued at $5,000. The Scholarship will include access to filmmaking and production facilities using ICE’s SWITCH Digital Arts Access Centre (a partnership with Parramatta City Council), a small production budget, as well as an experienced filmmaker who will mentor you through the process and help realize your film and enter it in to Movie Extra Tropfest 2010. This year the Tropfest theme is “DICE”.
The award will be selected by a panel made up of representatives from ICE, Film and Television Office of NSW and Ranko Markovic from Templar Films – Producer of Cedar Boys.

The Scholarship award will be officially announced at the TROPWEST forum on 12-4pm on Saturday 17th October at Riverside Theatres Parramatta.
