Switched on DVDs
The Community IT Program at ICE has facilitated IT skills workshops and supported Granville Multicultural Community Centre (GMCC) and the Multicultural Disability Advocacy Association (MDAA) to produce a promotional DVD for their organisations.
Funded by Parramatta City Council, the program taught skills in using a video camera, digital photography, video editing and sound recording. Run in May to July, the program brought Mobile IT equipment out to the centres, as well as utilising facilities at the Switch Multimedia and Digital Arts Access Centre in Granville.
