ICE presents an affordable program of 6 workshops over 3 weeks in February 2007, specifically for people wanting to use technology and multimedia more effectively for working with communities.
GET UP TO SPEED with hands-on practical skills and tools to utilise technology better in your community development work.
GET IT! Learn from skilled trainers in small groups using the latest technology and equipment.
CONNECT to a better understanding innovative uses of digital technlogy for community transformation.
Commencing February 13, 2007 and continuing for 3 weeks, this Six Workshop Intensive Training Package is tailored to community workers with limited time, equipment and resources.
Showcasing the latest community projects & activities internationally and locally, giving you information about many digital programs you can download and use for free, and providing you with practical tutorials and skills in utilising digital equipment and IT programs. And it’s fun!
All workshops will take place at SWITCH Multimedia and Digital Arts Access Centre, Ground floor, 133 Parramatta Road, Granville.

Feb 20 SOUNDing Out – music & radio for community transformation
Feb 21 Image Conscious – digital & online image power

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration valid upon receipt of form & payment.
2. Cancellations within one week of the program’s commencement (from 5 February) will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. No refunds on cancellation can be made on or after 12 February.
4. If unable to attend, your place can be taken by a colleague, provided you advise ICE ahead of the relevant workshop.
5. ICE reserves the right to cancel workshops. In this instance, you will receive a full refund from us.
