CHICK FLICKS Launch!

In October this year ICE ran CHICK FLICKS: What’s Your Story? a mini-filmmaking project for young women between the ages of 12 – 25 who live in the Hawkesbury area.

The young women who attended the workshops learned introductory skills in script-writing, sound recording, filmmaking, editing and photography. By the end of the workshops all the participants had produced their very own ‘digital story’.

A launch and exhibition of all the films from both the Chick Flicks and the Womens Cottage workshops will be held on 14 November at the Hawkesbury Regional Gallery.
