ICE offers volunteering and internship opportunities for individuals to gain experience and skills working on arts-based community and cultural development projects. Benefits include fostering connections with community and arts organisations, businesses and creative industries as well as the opportunity to learn about the organisation and contribute to the diverse artistic program.
Recruitment is done on a project-by-project basis in order to provide the richest experience possible. Work hours are flexible but generally run for a period of 2-3 months with a commitment of one day per week. Internships and volunteering mostly take place during normal business hours with occasional work after hours or on weekends.
