Arab Shorts is an hour of contemporary stories that offer students an insight into the experiences and challenges faced by young people from Arabic speaking backgrounds all over the world. Some of the themes explored include disadvantage, bullying, family, the environment, intergenerational and intercultural relationships, social responsibility, racism, customs and traditions as well as refugee and migrant experiences.
Sessions are 90 minutes including 6o minutes for the screening and 30 minutes for a facilitated discussion led by a representative of Information and Cultural Exchange.
