FilmLife Project

Calling out to all Western Sydney Filmmakers or fledgling Filmmakers who are looking for a creative project to kick off the year.

There’s a great new festival called the FilmLife Project that ICE is supporting and not only can you make and enter your own film or learn to make film from zero to hero with free workshops at Switch, but you are also making a difference and possibly saving a life!

FilmLife exists to capture the stories of organ donation and transplantation through the eyes of young filmmakers.

We believe that more people need to be asking and knowing their loved one’s wishes, and we’re inviting passionate people to spark these conversations by creating films about organ and tissue donation.

Whether you’ve been affected by organ donation directly or you’re keen to make your first steps into filmmaking have a lifesaving impact, we want to hear from you!

There are still a few places left for our free workshops for FilmLife, running over 3 days at Switch Digital Arts Centre on January 21/22/28 Sign up for our free filmmaking workshop

Entries close for films on 13 February so get shooting! Enter a film

If you need to hire equipment such as cameras, lighting, green screen etc, we’ll do you a special price on hire - check out the list of equipment available here
