Links to Learning 2016 - Information & Cultural Exchange

Links to Learning 2016

Links to Learning is a two-year digital art and film development and production initiative for young people from Granville Boys High and Auburn Girls High Schools.

In 2016 visual artist Marian Abboud is leading a group from Auburn Girls High School in a program of digital literacy and self-representation through studies of contemporary fashion, photography and popular culture.

Granville Boys High School began their program with a week-long intensive at the Australia Film Television and Radio School learning the basics of filming and editing for screen culture. Since then, they have been working with screenwriter and dramaturge Nico Lathouris to develop a script which will form the basis of a 4-part mini series examining the lives of students at the school.
