Congratulations to Gerard ODwyer, winner of Best Performance in FILEFs Short Film Competition Inclusion/e. Gerard stars in the dramatised short Anaconda, directed by Jerome Pearce, and produced by I.C.E. in 2015 as part of the My Life My Art suite of short form films examining the lives of artists who also identify as people with disability. FILEF (Federazione Italiana Lavoratori Emigrati e Famiglie) awarded the best performance prize to Gerard at the festival closing night, Saturday 22 October, in the Italian Forum Cultural Centre in Leichhardt
Gerards prize is an acting in front of the camera course offered by the Actors Centre Australia.
