COOL CHANGE – HOT CHAIR FOR I.C.E. - Information & Cultural Exchange


Information and Cultural Exchange (I.C.E.) is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Pino Migliorino AM as its new Chairperson.

I.C. E. works at the vanguard of community-based cultural development, screen/digital and music production and training. Collaborating with artists, cultural producers and communities, I.C.E. continues to support and contribute to Western Sydney’s cultural vibrancy and economic development; and is thrilled that Pino will be leading the organisation into the future.

I.C.E. Executive Director John Kirkman commented:

Pino Migliorino brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role of Chairperson, Information and Cultural Exchange. He is the founder and Managing Director of the Cultural Perspectives Group: Cultural Perspectives, DiverseWerks and CIRCA Research, sector leaders in consulting to, researching and communicating with CALD and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Australia. He is a leading commentator and expert around cultural diversity, multicultural marketing and engagement in Australia, and was previously Chair of the Federation of Ethnic Communities Council of Australia and Member of the Federal Government’s Access and Equity Review Panel.

Pino was previously Executive Officer of the Ethnic Communities Council CC of NSW, NSW Regional Coordinator for the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Principal Policy Officer of the Ethnic Affairs Commission of NSW. He is also a great Australian, and was recently appointed Member (AM) in the General Division of the Order of Australia in the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours List.
