Eliorah Malifa is a festival producer, arts worker and is currently undertaking a PhD in Film and Pacific Studies at Australian National University. She is also the current Assistant for Screen Cultures and has been around I.C.E. since 2017. Those who have been involved in Produce Perfect, Create NSW In House @ I.C.E. and Screen Australia – Hot Desk West, will probably know her best from her incessant emails asking for support material or plugging new opportunities to apply for.
Outside of I.C.E., you can find Eliorah working on Pasifika Film Fest (PFF) which she co-directs with Kalo Fainu. In 2013 Kalo founded the Festival and they’ve produced 3 more festivals since; travelled it interstate, to Brisbane and Canberra and internationally to Auckland and Wellington in New Zealand.
So if you see me around I.C.E, please feel free to hit me up for a yarn about film, television, moving image, Pacific film, food, you name it
