Accessible Film Studies Program for people with disabilities | Bus Stop Films - Information & Cultural Exchange

Accessible Film Studies Program for people with disabilities | Bus Stop Films

In 2019 I.C.E. commenced a strategic partnership with Bus Stop Films to provide an accessible film studies program for people with disabilities in Western Sydney, at the I.C.E. premises, 8 Victoria Rd, Parramatta.

Classes teach students film studies subjects as well as work ready and English skills, and aim to increase student’s confidence and well-being too. The program is well suited to adults with a creative interest and is also an engaging post school option for senior students.

Delivered by passionate filmmakers and industry professionals, students create amazing films of the highest artistic quality. Bus Stop films have won multiple awards and have screened in festivals and events all over the world.

The weekly 3 hour classes are held on Tuesday mornings, 9.30AM TO 12.30PM over a 40-week program, across four terms.

Please note that Bus Stop Films is not a registered NDIS provider and students will either need to be self-managed or plan managed to participate. We recommend that students secure funds under Social Community and Participation in Core Funding.
