Westmead Digital Pod is a free creative digital literacy program for newly arrived families living in Westmead. Delivered across three school terms at Westmead Public School, artists and facilitators use creative methods of engagement to support participants develop their digital literacy while accessing important resources for keeping themselves and their families informed and safe while using the internet and digital devices.
This is a Family Creative Hub project.
The I.C.E. Family Creative Hub is part of the National Community Hubs Program. This program is funded by the Scanlon Foundation with funding from the Department of Social Services received through Community Hubs Australia and managed by Settlement Services International. The Family Creative Hub also receives support from the The Packer Family Foundation, Crown Resorts Foundation, City of Parramata and Cumberland Council.
